Ha, this is like one of those ice breaker opening circles you do in elementary school.

One time, we had to go around the circle and say something we liked that started with the first letter of our name. This one was easy for me, I always said Niagara Falls. This other girl beside me also had a name that started with the letter N and she was having quite a bit of difficulty trying to come up with something she liked that started with the letter N.

“Nachos. You can say nachos.”

“No, Nicole. I’m not going to say nachos.”

As each person said something they liked that started with the first letter of their name, her turn was getting closer and she was still at a loss for words. Why she didn’t ask me what I was going to say even though we had the same letter? Beats me.

It was her turn.

“I like nachos.” she mumbled as she shot daggers at me.

My turn.

“I like the Niagara Falls”

I could see the fury in her eyes.

I helped her out with nachos, and I don’t think it’s anything to be ashamed of if you like nachos. In fact, I love nachos. I don’t know what her problem with nachos was.
